Membership Application
To apply for membership in the The Lackawanna Home Builders Association.
Open and print the hard copy application (Adobe Acrobat required)
Membership Approval Process:
- Application must be completed in full with required signature and payment of $390 enclosed to be
considered for membership.
- The following supplemental documentation must be made available by applicant:
- Certificate of general liability and workers' compensation insurance. LHBA should be listed as certificate holder (attach or have your agent fax to 570-341-7596)
- Signed Code of Ethics.
- Return application, dues payment and all supplemental documentation to:
LHBA, 404 N. Washington Ave., Scranton, PA 18503 or fax to 570-341-7596.
- Board of Directors reviews and votes on all applications for membership. All payments so made shall be returned in full if membership is denied.
- Applicant will be notified of membership status following board review and vote.
